The owner of the property wanted to sell the land with an approved town planning permit for the maximum number of residential units on this prominent suburban corner site in Melbourne. The design is a reinterpretation of the 50's cream brick aesthetics which is the fast disappearing building language of the area.

Our design maximizes the light and ventilation of each unit whilst giving adequate privacy with generous, north facing outdoor living spaces. The largest unit has its own internal courtyard upon entry.
